Sources say that Kim K and Kanye’s baby was conceived in October during Kim’s birthday while they were in Rome, Italy.
They were photographed all over Rome at that time. They visited every historical place in Rome, including the Vatican.
Sources say Kim K is about 12 weeks along, so if you do the math then it happened around the time they were in Rome.
Around that time Kim’s blog lists it as #2 on her top 10 best moments of the year.
